Welcome to Positive Lashes, a division of Positive Business Designs Art Gallery (POS BUS DESIGNS ART INC). By accessing or purchasing from our website or authorized online stores, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Positive Lashes is an independent, women-owned small business. We curate beauty products and cosmetics, including eyelashes, from verified sources. Some inventory originates from a former affiliate partnership with a company that filed bankruptcy in 2022. Positive Lashes is not affiliated or endorsed by that company.

1. Ownership and Product Status

All products are lawfully owned, new, unused, and unopened unless stated otherwise.
Positive Lashes independently inspects all items for safety and quality compliance.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Sales tax is calculated by state law.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or weather interruptions.

4. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final due to hygienic standards. Damaged or incorrect items may be replaced or credited within 7 days of delivery when properly reported.

5. Legacy Inventory Disclaimer

Certain products originate from a discontinued or bankrupt supplier. Positive Lashes is not affiliated with the original manufacturer, and no manufacturer warranty applies.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you agree Positive Lashes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Always perform a patch test before use.

All text, photos, and designs on this site are property of Positive Lashes.

Return & Refund Policy

At Positive Lashes, customer satisfaction and safety are top priorities. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, all sales are final except for damaged or defective items.

1. Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns for opened or used cosmetics. Clearance or legacy items are also final sale.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact cs@positivebusinessdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos. Approved cases may receive replacements or store credit.

3. Legacy Inventory Notice

Some products are legacy inventory from a former affiliate supplier that filed bankruptcy in 2022. These items are new and unopened but may not carry manufacturer warranties.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originated from our end.
